Full slabs of fully prepared, fork tender, fall off the bone spare ribs! No wimpy baby back all bone no meat here! We cure the ribs with our own rub, smokem’ up a bit and they get BBQ’d slow & low for 6+ hours.

The best part is, they cost just about as much as those puny, boiled baby backs slathered in that ‘mystery sauce’ you find at your local grocer.
