Ribs:

Available every Saturday & Sunday by 12pm.  Full slabs of fully prepared, fork tender, fall off the bone pork spare ribs! No wimpy baby backs but sold to you at the same price! Marinated in our own rub, smoked and then bbq’d low and slow for 8+ hours.  $18.50. Hogzilla Slab $25.00. Order early,  subject to availability.

Tacos: 
El Sloppy Taco: $2 – Memphis Style pulled pork served on a soft white  corn tortilla with slaw topped with Tony’s “Carolina Kissin’ Kansas City” BBQ sauce. A Brunswick Original!

Carnitas Taco: $2 – Translation, “Little Meats”. Succulent chunks of pork marinated in our handcrafted dry rub, smoked then slow roasted for 12+ hours. Served on a soft white corn tortilla with shredded Romaine lettuce and our Pico De Gallo Salsa.

Grilled Chicken Fajita Style Taco: $3.50 – Sauteed green, red peppers and onions, mixed cheese, shredded Romaine lettuce, and our Pico De Gallo Salsa on a soft flour tortilla.

Barbacoa Taco: $3.50 – Shredded USDA CHOICE Chuck Eye Beef  (That’s the piece just B4 where the prime rib starts) marinated in Tony’s Adobo Borracho wet rub for 24 hours and then slow roasted for 12 hours. Topped with grilled green /red bell peppers and onions, shredded Romaine lettuce, and on your choice of a flour or a white corn tortilla.

Tinga Poblana: – $3.50 – Shredded beef and spiced pork collide to provide you with the ultimate Sloppy Experience! Smoked then simmered overnight in a vat of onions, tomatoes, tomatillos, citrus, fresh herbs & spices. Super Saucy! Topped with shredded Romaine lettuce and our Pico De Gallo Salsa served on a soft white corn tortilla.
